| I need some quick vegetarian recipies - things you can make in 15-20 minutes tops. I have a few already, but could use some new ones for inspiration and adventure. I'm sure you all have some great recipies up your sleeves, right? To start of, here's one of my concoctions: Spinage Pasta For Two Ingredients: 250g tagliatella (or some other kind of pasta) 1 red onion 2 bulbs of garlic olive oil fresh chive and basil - about 15 grams each black pepper 0.5l creme fraiche 40g Boursin cheese 500g spinage leaves Cook the pasta in a large pan with plenty of water (duh). Chop the onion, chive and basil. Crush the garlic. Take a large frying pan to fry the onion and garlic in a lush amount of olive oil. When the onion and garlic are nice and brown, add the creme fraiche, then the chive, basil and the cheese. Give it all a good stir, then add the spinage leaves. Wait a minute or two for the leaves to reduce. Add some black pepper to your taste. Your pasta should be al dente right about now. Serve the spinage mixture on top of the pasta. Enjoy! Now, let's see some of yours!
