| What is your answer to this question? Does the time you spend online create problems in your life? Do you neglect other obligations and distract yourself by going online? |

| Is it your conscious decision to do so? Would you like to something else instead? Do you have a problem with spending so much time online? If not, then you don't have a problem. No one has the right to tell you how much you should spend on Internet. You might want to take care of ergonomic and hygenic concerns. But they are mainly the same as for working in front of the table with pen and paper. In our time asking this question is about the same as asking a person from 100 years ago - "is it ok to spend 6 hours a day in front of the table". The internet is the way to read letters, read newspapers, watch television, call friends, do research, write articles, go to the movies. If you take all these activities from the pre-net era and sum up the time people were spending on it, it may amount to the same or even larger amount of time. So what's the problem?
