| Hi, I sleep a lot. But now i have decided that i'd reduce my sleep to the least i can. Please give me some advice what should be the daily minimum slaap time. Thanks. |

| There was a cancer study which 1.000.000+ participants that found that people who sleep six hours had the lowest risk of dying in during the period the observed. There is some reasoning that lets a few people on the net assume that you can get lower than that if you take naps.
