Default No hydrogenated oil, No trans fats

We have discussed so much about meat and milk on health. Lets talk about a non-natural chemical called hydrogenated vegetable fats (partial ) that present in almost every processed food, fast food and possibly commercial grade vegetable oil. The presence of such non-natural fats in food supply have been implicated in the premature expression of many chronic disease such as cancer , heart disease and etc. What's your thought about trans fats and how much it affects your dietary habit when knowing even small amount of such fats are enough to nibble your life /health away.

Dreadful junk for you. I don't eat fast food though, other than sandwiches/subs.

That stuff is gross. A classic case of marketing garbage, and making a fortune.

I have been aware of the dangers of trans fats for years there are some videos on utube and google about this - a famous burger joint fought in court to conceal the dangers of trans fats - olive oil seems to be the safest.
