Anybody Have this Sleeping Problem?

Lately I've been trying to wake up bright and early every moring, but I've been having some trouble.

1) most of the days I wake up early, I don't feel as energized and as "there" as usual. Some days I do, some days I'm up and ready to go.

2) When I get to bed earlier than usual, say 12 - 1 am. I seem to have trouble waking up early. But when I go to sleep at 2 - 3 am, my usual time I tend to wake up energized.

I see to function better when I wake up later, but then the day seem too short. Any suggestions?

It will take awhile for your body/mind to adjust. Try a month of waking up early.

Like Matt said, it takes time for the body to adapt. Usually for any given major change the body takes about 21 days to get used to it. That's why a 30-day trial is a good idea for things like switching to an earlier sleep time.
