Default Mineral contents ( Organic vs non-organic food )

More reason to go organic other than pesticide, chemicals and etc .

Organic vs Inorganic

The Rutgers team expected the organice produce to be slightly superior in this comparison, but the results were astounding! For example,
notice the amount of iron in the organic spinach. The commercial spinach has only 3% as much Iron and less than 1% of the manganese.
Many other essential trace elements are completely absent in the commercial produce. The trace minerals are in abundance
in their organically grown counterparts.
