| Being veg will make it harder but not impossible. First, set a goal of the weight you want to be. When you say increasing your weight, you either mean overall weight, or lean weight. If you want to increase your weight and don't care whether it's pure fat then i'm sure McDonalds can help you with that On the other hand, if you want to increase your lean weight/muscle mass, then get yourself a good gym membership, and start eating more making sure that what you eat is low in fat because you're going to be eating a lot. Get your caloric intake to about 3000 calories per day, and make sure you're taking in a good amount of protein. Most bodybuilding sites would say 1.5 grams of protein for every pound of your target goal weight. In the gym, make sure you mostly do compound weightlifting exercises as these will help you target more muscles in the time you have in the gym. Limit your gym sessions to around 45-60 minutes on days that you will be performing weight lifting. You can read more about this stuff at Bodybuilding.com Enjoy.

| I agree with the idea of gym. What kind of weight do you want to have fat or muscle? You don't need to be the best bodybuilder, but when people start to notice your changes it's very pleasureable and give more confidence. |
