Default What I use

My teeth are pretty white, but when I need a boost I use peroxide and baking soda. Cheap and it works.

Artic

P.S. Oprah also uses this.

You know what definitely worked for me...these new whitening trays from aquafresh. For $35, they give you a week supply (7 days). I only had to use them for 5, some people have to use in as little as 3 days. I would assume it depends on how discolored your teeth are. You just pop them on for 30-45 min, no mess either! For me, its a quick route to white teeth. I know you can probably achieve the same results with countless brushing attempts, but why not try the quick method...and it actually works!

If you still concerned about price, you can download a $7 off coupon from aquafreshwhitetrays.com, that you can use toward the trays. I'm sure you'll spend hundreds of more on other methods, why not save?

I love the aquafresh trays because you just pop them on: no mess! It feels like more of my teeth are being whitened as well. I have tried many methods myself, and love these trays for those reasons!

I bought custom trays from my dentist for $150 per tray, lost the bottom one, but still have the top one. I just either put store bought gel in that and use whitestrips on the bottom or whitestrips on both.

I think they work pretty fast. I have the five minute ones. I think consistency is key.

150 dollars! Wow! I would rather spend abou $35... You got them custom made then? If you are looking for custom fit, the trays are a soft and flexible plastic that fit real snug on your teeth. It feels like a custom fit to me. The gels already on the trays too...so no mess for you to clean up, just throw them away after.
