Default Top Ten for Optimal Health

(If you do these things no corporation can make you sick any longer.)

Walk every day

Do one mind-body practice several times a week like yoga or t'ai chi

Eat only whole foods, organic, local. For cheap eats, join a local CSA or food coop and network with the local hippies who know how to eat well on a budget :-) Also, save on whole foods by eating cheap bulk grains and beans and then having extra money for top-notch organic veggies.

Eat greens every day

Breathe

Surround yourself with people who make you feel good and get rid of the ones who don't

Volunteer

Have kids and animals in your life

Use natural products on your body and in your home

Strive for self expression and self-actualization

I totally agree with what you said. Well done. Local and organic grown food is great, and walking everyday is amazing. The rest is pretty self explanatory...
