Default Bodybuilding links

Hey I am adding bodybuilding links to my website and wanted to know what are the must have websites on bodybuilding. I only have two so far and want more especially a few natural bodybuilding links.

Thanks

Bodybuilding is about diet. The best (most non-retarded, scientifically based) stuff on diet out there is from Bodyrecomposition - Lyle McDonald . They're books though.

In this forum, they have exercise routines and then they have videos of the exercises embedded in the routines... so you can find out what exercise to do and then you get a demonstration...

Anything from Lyle McDonald I trust. I can say he has very well researched ideas.

I used supplemental 30gms a day for a few years. But I didn't really notice any difference than using 10 gms a day. Some say that low glutamine levels are an indicator of overtraining. One thing is that with the main form used in supplements you are lucky to absorb under half of what you take, like a lot of supplements (especially cheap zinc). There is a much more expensive form that absorbs well. Whey protein is really rich in it. I reckon the best all round source is cottage cheese.

A guy named Charles Poliquin really likes it and probably knows as much about it as anyone, and has tons of experience in its use.
