my main focus this weekend ,is to focus on staying on track with eating.each day is a sociable one,so I am giving myself thius as a 2 day challenge. my reward come monday is a day of hot baths and pampering. and i will fit into smaller clothes. i make an appointment with myself monday morning,10am for pampering session. |

well yesterday went great,there were many temptations,though i wasn't tempted,the good Lord gave me strength.I have prayed for strength again today.almost through the weekend..yey!!!!!! I rewarded myself with a couple of books and a pair of boots!awesome.wearing different clothes today as I am much slimmer.I lost 2 inches from my waist in a week.I cant wait to lose another 2 next week. waist when started : 36 inch waist now : 34 inch target : 26/28 inches |

ok I did it!got through the toughest part of the day,those cravings were crazy! day 2 of 5,week 2.never been this far before! I made pizza and garlic bread and such for boys.I had new potatoes,green beans and salad.I enjoyed it alott actually. so yes,all is going realy well. I am realy happy I got through,mind you you know,this morning I forgot to pray for strength,and this has been the only day I struggled,I prayed just before I went for a lay down,I have had no problems ever since. we got guests tonight,I have biscuits and tea for them,good ole chamomnile and spearmint tea for me..lol. I now feel I have the strength to do the biscuit boogie and such with no temptation thankyou God,fancy me thinking I could do this by myself ..LOL |

oh yes,I knew when i sat down to my healthy meal...I had done the right thing,the taste was just wow outta this world. today was an all day fruit day,I realy felt my body detoxing,was quite a moving experiance.I had to have a lay down this afternoon and this evening I feel quite tired.so I have had a rest day from excercise and dance,I will make up for that tomorrow!I did yoga with the kids for yogabugs this morning and we walked alott so that kinda counts! thankyou so much for your lifting words and love notesmeave theres a passion to be had in the taste of healthy food for sure. hi there nick how great it is to come here this morning and read your words..totally awesome,thankyou so much.I send out hugs to everyone here,I love you all so much,even though I never met you..crazy but true! this morning I did dance and yoga drills with Rbee,my dance posture when I lose weight is so much better.I caught myself stood admiring my belly this morning,I can realy see my belly moving like Rbee's by the time its time for my show next year,how exiting is that!!!er..theres no words its so exiting! my friend is coming this morning for dance,I realy enjoy dancing both alone and with someone else..loving it thankyou God for strength,faith and patience. amen xxxxxxxxxxxx |

fit for life-- wow I have to take a moment here to refect on my journey so far ,with fit for life by harvey and marylin Diamond. first what comes to mind is gratitude,to have found a way of eating that is for me ,true magic. * I have lost 3 inches from my waist,now I have been working hard with excercise and dance for a long time,but I got to a size 12/14 and got stuck there,that weight would not budge.some days I was working 4 hours a day,I became quite depressed as it just wouldnt budge,now it is disappearing before my very eyes!I could feel my hip bones when I layed in bed last night ...wow!! * my skin -it looks so healthy and refreshed,people have commented I am looking younger. * when I do dance ,yoga and callan,I find it easier to hold a posture,or move my belly as its no longer swollen. * I am more positive and upbeat ![]() so here I am,still on my mission,today is an all day salad day,my favourite sort of day,I love giving my body a cleanse.I am a success story!isnt that fantastic! |

| so my goal is a size 6,and I am well on my way there.having another detox day,gonna treat myself to some nice organic grapes for lunch. I have been trying some of marylin diamonds beautiful recipes...my oh they get my taste buds in a whirl.I enjoy food so much! my family have said how much theyhave enjoyed meals too |

started the day with callanetics,then some sun salutations then some basic dance drills.realy enjoyed all of it,I love fitness so much,makes me feel like I am unstoppable! still staying with the fit for life way of eating,and enjoying some amazing foods!this week I a using all the foods in my cupboards in a fit for life food combining way.see how creative I can get! got my new dance dvd this week,its mainly for amazing arms and posture,I am so addicted to it!I have to do it each night before bed,it is awesome! tomorrow I am doing an hour of callanetics,I am doing an hour twice a week,with 15 minute routines on the days in between,thats what callan recommends. |
