Free Binaural Beats (the technology HoloSync uses)

Hello all! I know some of you are familiar with the HoloSync technology that allows you to enter deep meditation, healing states, expanded consciousness, ext. Well basically HoloSync (HemiSync, BrainSync, iDoser ext) use a simple technology called binaural beats. With a little research I found that you can create your own binaural beats with an open source application called SBaGen. I have found Binural Beats to be extremely powerful in my meditation. The only problem is that there is no forum for people to discuss and share their own presets. So I took some intuitive and created one! Check it out:

The site has only been up a couple days, but I have already posted a beginning tutorial on SBaGen in the forums and three presets on the main page for you all to try out. I plan on adding a new preset a week, so stay tuned.

The theory behind binaural beats is that if you apply slightly different frequency sine waves to each ear, a beating affect is created in the brain itself, due to the brain's internal wiring. If... you relax and let your mind go, your mind will naturally synchronize with the beat frequency. In this way it is possible to tune the frequency of your brain waves to particular frequencies that you have selected, using of the four bands: Delta - deep sleep, Theta - dreaming and intuitive stuff, Alpha - awake, focussed inside, Beta - awake, focussed outside.

Since 1997, Dr. Herbert Benson of the Harvard Medical School has
consistently asserted that "Sixty to ninety percent of [doctor-patient]

have been observing that "Virtual Light & Sound Machine" software is
starting to catch-on, as a no-cost/high-tech way to meditate. PLEASE SHARE

I first came across it, about two years ago. It took awhile to figure
out how to get the DOS program to work within a Windows environment.
Since the procedure was too complicated for most of my patients, I found a
software programmer, who was able to create the batch program that is
now available as a fully-functional shareware download, from my
website. I often use actual light & sound machines, within my office.
Surprisingly, the "Virtual Light & Sound Machine" does offer a close
approximation of the real deal.

The software's relaxing phenomenon is purportedly attributable to
"brainwave entrainment" through "audio-visual-stimulation." This program
does not rely upon "binaural beats.
