Default Tired and can’t maintain normal temp?

I worked out about 7 hours ago for about 20 minutes at the gym before I gave it up. So far I have had at least 5 glasses of water and a glass of milk. I feel hot and really tired.

After I worked out I just felt really tired all I wanted to do was sit there and not move... after 20 minutes of workout? Do you think I have early flue symptoms or something? I still feel hot after air conditioning and water.

if you just started feeling this way I wouldn't worry about it, Dennis. Just get some rest and see how you feel after a day or 2

sounds kinda flu like. persistent high temp normally mean something is up, if you were my kid you'd be in bed with dry toast and flat lemonade.
either way take some asprin/panadol and call your doctor in the morning.

disclaimer, im not a doctor and generally dont know what im talking about

leapt to a conclusion regarding the nausea and inability to keep food down that often follows the onset of a flu.
getting ahead of things, quite wrong of me.
We normally use vegemite on toast but i didn't know how many people here would know what vegemite was.
