Hopefully someone can offer their opinion/advice or experience to me because I'm just not sure what is the right thing to do. I am training for my first marathon next month and was scheduled to run 32K (20 mi) today. It turned out to be a terrible day (didn't sleep well last night, didn't eat, not hydrated, etc) and I ended up only running 9K (5.5 mi). Do you think I should try to run on my only day off to make up the difference or just wait until I run my 35K next Saturday? but continue to do my small runs during the week. Thanks |
