Default Fasting

Ramadan(The holy month of fasting for Muslims) is here and I fast regularly. I exercise between the fast. I want to know what should I eat before closing the fast to fulfill the requirements of my body and to spend my fasting time easily.

Amadeus that isn't what he meant. You are not allowed to drink or eat something from the sun comes up to the sun goes down.

For Haris: I would just eat as normal. Maybe eat a little bit more so you have something to go on until the fast opens. I am also fasting, and I was thinking about this too. I am thinking about starting to eat around 1200-1500 calories for breakfast and see how it would go,and the rest for after fast is opened.

FWIW, my fasts go much easier when my pre-fast diet is strictly whole, natural plant foods. Especially no salt, sugar, caffeine, alcohol or animal products.

The body detoxifies when you are fasting, and detox is uncomfortable. Those things I mentioned put a toxic load on the body.
