| hello all. ive met some cool people on this forum in the last few weeks. i was wondering if anyone has toyed with Lucid Dreaming while on a Polyphasic sleep schedule? i have just ended my first attempt at poly sleep (see video link below), and it almost killed me. i will try again in one month. in the meantime starting monday i am trying to study lucid dreaming. Lucid Dreaming -- Dream Views any tips from those that do, or have tried lucid dreaming methods. this is all part of my sleep saga. i am also trying to do art that relates to this experiment and especially depicting my lucid dreams. id love to hear other's experiences view my polyphasic sleep experiment videos: http://jumpcut.com/billyjay view my sleep experiments: WilliamHessian.com |

| You'll have lucid dreams more often in polyphasic sleep... (you might even have more than one in a day) There are two types of naps though... Ones where you feel like you haven't slept at all after you wake up and ones where it feels like a couple hours have passed. I think you'll only get lucid dreams on the second type. You don't have to really worry about practicing remembering your dreams in polyphasic but you should still write them down after you wake up.
