Red face Glad to be here...

I can't believe the wealth of information I found when I happened upon Steve Pavlina's site. I was googling sleep cycles, trying to figure out how to schedule my sleep better when I ended up reading about Steve's polyphasic sleep experiment. I was hooked on this guy! I started reading more and more of this site. I'm probably only 10% into everything, but I feel I've found "a home!" With only one person in my life seriously into contemplation and action on higher issues, more than gossip and daily happenings, I thought I was alone out there. Or at least that the people out there who are into serious self awareness/improvement were almost abstract...the Stephen Coveys of the world...larger than life. And while Steve seems a little larger than life himself, he seems to have spurned on this community of people who all share a common interest in awareness, betterment, enlightenment, all truly focused on what those concepts mean for each individual. I love it! So I take back what I wrote at the top of this thread. It's not about the information (although it is very plentiful and very useful), it's about finding a like-minded community. Wow, am I grateful to be here!
