 Hi, thanks for the welcome message...:) Hi I am glad to have found this forum and you. It will definitely be a good learning ground for me, as I go through the resources and the sharing that have taken place so far. I have been in the training profession for a good number of years, and in recent times, have also developed a blogsite to share what I know about lifeskills, customer services, etc. If you are keen, do drop in.
