Hi, I joined this group in my quest for understanding the power of mind synergy: what can many minds thinking alike determine to happen in the individual lifes of the actual thinkers and of other, unconnected individuals.

Welcome aboard Master Fine... Napoleon Hill, author of, "Think and Grow Rich" says this about the Master Mind Principle, “No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.” Now, I am not certain if that is what you meant when you mention, "The power of mind synergy," Or if you are talking about unconnected people "manifesting" together for a common purpose... Therefore, it would help if you can be a little more precise on what exactly it is that you want more information... . |

... for your reply and interest. I am at the beginning of a complex experiment that may reveal answers to this question. I realize that, when it comes to questions about Mind Synergy, several minds have to... think synergically about this subject for some relevant answers to surface. My experiment has no political intentionality (minds thinking alike -> potential power -> action). It's just an attempt to understand (a little bit) the free and diverse possibilities through which culture and civilization flow and reshape themselves, under our eyes. Therefore, although I may say, I'm not necesarily looking for more information, I am highly interested in discovering other people's opinions about different forms of mind synergy (like convergence of opinions, for example) and their underlying, factual support. |

is welcome. However, "Think-Tanks" gradually achieve a condition in which they have to create their own means of living and therefore their functioning is based more on "organized thinking" than on "mind synergy". Think-tanks grow in structure and bureaucratic organization up to the point where the reason of the Think-Tank's survival becomes more important than the honesty of its own thinking product. I will not jump into examples but I am sure many in this group can come up with some, almost instantly... Let's take a step backward here and look at the big picture. Think-tanks is not what I am referring to... with all due respect. |

In my study, I look, among others, to the top keywords that people are using, in their daily Internet searches (www.omnitop.com). This is called convergence of interest. Here's yesterday's list: 1. Gisele Bundchen 2. Jessica Biel 3. British Open 4. Harry Potter 5. Tammy Faye Bakker 6. Barbara Stanwyck 7. Transformers 8. WWE 9. Limewire 10. Jessica Alba 11. Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows 12. Hi-5 13. RuneScape 14. Beyonce Knowles 15. Mandy Patinkin It appears that half of people's interest is other people's lifes. Does anyone have an explanation for this? I'd like to learn, if anybody has an opinion about it. |

Take a look at the list: 1. Harry Potter 2. Tammy Faye Bakker 3. Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows 4. WWE 5. British Open 6. Transformers 7. Limewire 8. Jessica Alba 9. Beyonce Knowles 10. RuneScape 11. Britney Spears 12. Hi-5 13. NASCAR 14. Rihanna 15. David Beckham This list tells me that the majority of Internet search users must be in the age range between 15 and 25 years old. It also tells me that Internet = Entertainment for the majority. It also tells me to what one should be "connected" for a chance of "mass sales" |

Damn looking at those search items I'm a weird person considering I never typed in any of those items... Ah well never mind, nothing new under the sun. And the explanation, well I don't really know the people on that list but I'd imagine something a bit like the following his happening; The boys are looking for pretty pictures The girls are looking at role models Mix in a bit of nerdy interest (internet---nerds, seems to go together) And you get that list. |

Thank you for your question: this is actually what you can find in the lists above: - established memes; - memes in evolution (growing, as well as dying) As more data becomes available I hope we will be able to track and correlate some of these memes and better understand how a butterfly's movement of wings in Australia can generate a fire in California...
