| Hi Everyone, My name is Mohamad Latiff, I'm from Singapore and this is my first post in this forum. I hope to have a positive experience learning and sharing with everyone, while I am seeking out my own personal development path. I am no stranger to the personal development field - I have been studying, experimenting and field-testing the various self improvement disciplines for 7 years now. Although there is always both good and bad in every field, what I have generally learned from self improvement materials over the years have helped me tremendously in braving these testing years of my life, as I exit adolescence and enter adulthood. I am 23 going on 24 now, by the way. And I expect this habit of mine (learning and applying the various personal development concepts that best suit me) to continue till the end of my days. I'd like to conclude my introductory post by sharing a few goals of mine: 1. Become the first - if not, one of the first - Malay-Muslim-Singaporean personal development life coach that makes a mark on a global scale. I am starting small, now I am in charge of an Islamic educational institution and I have been teaching, mentoring and coaching youths in my local community for 7 years (about the same time I started out reading my first self improvement book - Awaken the Giant Within). 2. Retire by or before the age of 30 (the year 2013), with multiple streams of comfortable lifetime-lasting passive income, in order to sustain me while I ... 3. ... lead, be a part of or contribute to a global economic, educational and social movement that develops and uplifts people, families and societies beyond class, ethnic, national, religious or other boundaries; the details of said movement shall be worked out over the course of time. Have a great and fulfilling life! |
