Smile Greetings from Sunny Singapore!

Hi everyone!

I'm SJ from Sunny Singapore. Hope to know more people who are passionate about personal growth and leading a richer life.

Cheers!

P.S. I'm on the last day of my Vegan Diet (I decided to try out a 10 day vegan diet after a recent seminar). I'm so happy because I managed to persevere despite friends and family eating meat around me. Anyone tried going Vegan too? Care to share your experiences? =D

Welcome, SJ! I recently tried a 2-week detoxification diet that was vegan and also restricted intake of wheat and other known allergens. It was definitely a challenge, even though I have been a lacto-ovo vegetarian for many years!

Welcome here, SJ!
I have become a vegetarian since 4 years ago. I eat eggs and drink milk or products that make from milk.

Some time I also carry vegan diet too where I purely eat vegetables and fruits. Not bad for me.

Hi I just got back from a seminar. I forced myself to go on another vegan diet during the seminar by committing to my group that i must do it. Being a "Carnivore" for so long, it is really hard.. especially when they brought in KFC for the participants. But I resisted. I said no, I must do it. And I did it.

I'm back on a normal diet now but I am more conscious of what I am feeding my body. Will aim for a 80% (veg), 20% (meat) intake for now.

Default I'm on a controlled diet...

Hi, I am on a controlled diet... I'm on half-carbo intake (in fact, less than half of my regular intake), started about three months ago. Along with that, I have also been jogging. Beginning with just about 1km;now, I am on a 3.5km distance. I've lost quite some weight since, about 5.5kg. Good to keep healthy, ya?
