 Hello Everyone! I just wanted to pop in here and say, "Hi!"  I'm new to posting on this forum, but I have been lurking for several months. So many of the threads here have great value, that I wanted to contribute what I can and ask for help when I need it. A little about me: I'm a female in the Midwestern U.S. I'm really interested in personal development - especially change processes. I've been reading Steve's blog almost since the beginning and have continued to be a fan. Looking forward to getting to know all of you more, Maria
