Default Break time

Hey everyone. As evidenced by my recent threads (for those of you following) I am in a slump at the moment. I think I need to take a break from actively thinking about everything for a couple of days. To facilitate that, I am planning not to visit/post to the forums from the time I leave work today (5:30pm CST) until probably Friday at the earliest. I will be journaling, walking my dog and catching up with neglected work as motivation and energy permit. If anyone catches me on here, please reprimand me! I think I've grown quite addicted to the forums and feedback. I know getting other perspectives is good and I've received some very sage advice and plenty of encouragement for which I am sincerely grateful. On the other hand, I've become overwhelmed by the volume of information I am learning.

I will be back with an update. I hope you all have a blessed week. Thanks for everything this community has done for me.

Have a good time, ATC - by the way, have we seen your real name here too?

Thanks Erki. I'm back. I've got a little perspective. Everything is not resolved, but I am not fighting so hard anymore.

When I first started posting I think I used my real name...but as my posts got more crazy and depressing I didn't.

I'm Jennifer, but most friends call me Jen.

Good to see you back, Jen. I hope you're now happier and merrier and more joyful and have a huge grin on your face - at least when you're reading this post?

Jennifer is a very nice name, I like it. Before I read this post, I thought I'd try out my intuition and tried to guess your name. My guess was... Jessica... Not really the same but at least the first two letters are the same so I reckon it's a good start and I deserve a cookie.

My mom wanted a daughter named Jessica, but pictured her with brown curly hair and brown eyes. I'm blonde with blue eyes, so I guess she decided that wasn't me.

But, it's funny you picked that name because when people forget my name (such as an aquaintance I've met at a party or friend or a friend) they always guess Jessica or Sarah. Strange. Well, I think so at least.
