| I'm not really sure what I'm doing here, as I'm a bit fuzzy on the purpose of this forum, but it seems like it's aspiring to good things, so I signed up. I was wondering if there is a place on the boards for a journal-type entry where I can record progress in the various different interests of the forum? For example, I'm planning to begin a new eating/exercise program, and also think I'd like to try my hand at biphasic sleep for a while. Should I post logs of this in the Fitness section, or is there a better place for this elsewhere? Or do journals not belong on this forum at all? Thanks! K |

| I'm new here too, and also had the same plan of recording my progress with lessons. I'm not sure if this forum has signatures, but I would suggest creating your own blog, recording your progress there, and either provide a link to the blog or just paste the same things here. That or you can just create your own thread here and just post results whenever. That's probably the easiest route, although it can get run over by other threads whereas by having a link to a blog in your sig, it'll be avaible for viewing wherever you post. |

| Hello and welcome aboard kaniboe... Here is an example that you could follow for your journal-type entry... and you can post it in "Personal Effectiveness." Hope you like it here and that we get to share, learn and grow together... Looking forward to your posts... |

| Hi kaniboe, I thought I'd come greet you since you were kind enough to greet me.
