Just wanted to make a quick introduction and to say hello. I stumbled upon this site from a link on a diabetic discussion board or forum. Since my diagnosis of Type 2 16 months ago, I am appalled at all of the misinformation out there. Not only in regards to diabetes, but health and wellness in general. I have been on a personal quest to uncover the truth. I am favorably impressed with the open minded, well argued and thought provoking posts I have read so far. I look forward to learning and growing from all of the "smart people" here!
