Psychotherapist, wellness speaker and self-help author new member
I am a psychotherapist who writes and speaks on wellness issues. I found this site by googling self-help and self development since that is the field I am interested in . I thought the self-develpoment forums would be a great way to keep in touch with people who share similar interests, and also to offer ideas.
I have written 2 books for therapists on practical tips and tools for working with clients and groups, and my latest book I co-authored is "The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life: How To Get Through Life's Holes Without Getting Stuck In Them!" This was published by a mental health publisher and I have a co-author who is also a psychotherapist. The book is about how to be resilient no matter what. I recommend many books to my clients and I was looking for the perfect one that was easy and fun to read that anyone can relate to, and couldn't find on so my co-author and I decided to write one!
I have always been very interested in self-help and developing insights into others. I am trying to write more on self-help issues and if anyone has any topics to suggest please comment!
