How's everyone doing?

Hey everyone.

To start things off, my name is Mike i'm 25, small business owner and a full-time student. Although I'm not a stranger to forums, this feels kind of new to me...

For the past year or so, I have just been so uncertain with my future (school, careers, relationships). In addition, I have been going through mild depression and anxiety. Before all of this I felt like I was on top of the world with little to show for it and now I have my own business and pursuing a BA but feel like ♥♥♥♥. I'm constantly worrying and thinking what others might say/think about me(which was never an issue with me). I overthink constantly and am very critical about myself. I usually find myself comparing my current self with my past self(if that makes sense??). But yea, you can imagine my mind race all day long.

However, its been getting better. I've ended an unhealthy relationship, took transcedental meditation courses, seeing a therapist, taking some natural supplements for the anxiety/depression and flooded my toolbar with self-help websites and resources.

This forum caught my eye more than others. I read a few of the stories here and I think this place fosters an environment where I can benefit from and hopefully contribute to. I'm sure I'll meet a lot of great people here and look forward to meeting everyone. Talk to you(s) soon!
