How my parents messed me up? Come on, that's easy... because they were messed up! Just like their parents and theirs. Now I want to get un-messed up, so I ask for help. Its amazing how many there are who want to help. Only one problem... they are just as messed up as I am because their parents were just as messed up as my parents. The only problem, is that they are actually more messed up because they don't even know that they are messed up. What to do? What to do? O my! Welcome to the purpose of life! It's just that I've awakened to the fact that it is time to stop blaming everyone else, and start working out MY OWN salvation with fear and trembling. Salvation, now there's a good one! Why don't I just go to church and listen to the preacher? Why would I go looking for someone to talk to on a silly blog? Because I've been going to churches listening to preachers all my life and finally starting to understand why everyone is so messed up! Its the blind leading the blind thing. I think we professing "Christians" are the most gullable fools on the planet. We'll believe just about anything "the man behind the curtain" tells us. Where's our "Dorothy" who will pull back the curtain and reveal the whore that is mascerading as the Bride of Christ calling herself "The Church?" The most profound verse for me right now is 1Cor.8:2 "if any man thinks he knows something he knows nothing yet as he ought to know." I now believe that the most dangerous man on earth is the one who thinks he has it so figured out that he is "qualified" to teach others "THE TRUTH!!!" Truth? What is that exactly? Nothing hinders a man from finding the Truth more than thinking that he has already found it. What do you do when you find your keys? You stop looking for them and start telling everyone you found them! Yahshua Himself said that to make the claim of having understanding when in fact you do not is the very workings of sin. Jn.9:41. Truth exists, it is absolute, man can comprehend it to increasing levels of understanding, but for a mere mortal to stand and proclaim that what he speaks is very truth, he is claiming to be equal to Yahweh Himself... the ultimate blasphemy! I do believe that Yahweh can and does use mere men to speak His words, but woe to the man who exalts himself into that place prematurely. I.e. myself for way too many years. Why do I look for "fellowship" on a blog? Because all the men in "pastor" positions that I know of are still in that "I know it all" stage and for me to seek help to understand my present struggles with coming out of whorish religion would be like asking a man dieing of sugar addiction for his advise on healthy eating. I just can't do it any more. So, my cyber plea is to anyone who has/is going through withdrawl symtoms due to their attempts at obeying His command to "Come out of her My People." Please, share on! We can't teach each other anything, but if we humbly share what we've been through, how we perceive what we are feeling, and honestly share where our present convictions are resting, we will probably learn from everything! Hey, that a cool thought, none of us can teach, but we can all learn! Wow, maybe I'm a prophet!!!

If someone is trying to teach someone else, that doesn't automatically make them a fool. But if someone is trying to teach someone who doesn't want to learn, and they don't understand that fact, then they are a fool.

Or maybe they're just persistent.
