Default Enhancing Session (new member's introduction)

I was thinking of enhancing/improving myself since I've been going through too many problems lately.I'm confused with myself and now intending to have a session of self-enhancing personally. But,I just don't knw how to do it in a more systematic way. There r too many branches ..is there any suggestion on how should I start?

Welcome!

A lot of folks here devise 30 day trials of something new. A good place to start might be the Personal Effectiveness forum. My suggestion would be to follow 1-3 forums in depth in the beginning, rather than trying to read all of them. Plenty of time to branch out later, as things catch your eye and you find your focus shifting.

I started here only reading the Health & Fitness forum, was very concrete and had no interest in esoteric topics. But now most of my reading are the Spirituality and Psychic forums! Funny how interests change!

Default Thanks!

Thanks! I found it as a very useful tip.I'll try it for sure. That's the big picture, now I realize that I should centre upon on a few topics at one time before going on the other.

One other suggestion is to browse Steve's Blog. There are some very useful articles there that are the basis for a lot of what you see on the forums.
