Introducing myself to me:)

Hello everyone,
My name in Jenn and I'm finally spending the time to learn about myself and why I do the things I do. As far as my parents I think they did a good job, my problem is I focused learning from one parent instead of both. I realize that my mother actually taught me things through her actions that I thought were to old fashioned or less than a modern woman should be. I've made myself I'll over the years trying to be someone I'm not and finally have really looked at my wants and needs. I'm still identifying these and I find it hard to accept sometimes because it is so different than the life I have struggled to live my entire adult life. So my quest is to deprogram what I have tried to be for 30 years, wish me luck.
