Hi All,
Hope everyone is having a great day/night depending on which country you are from...... Not quite sure what to say so here goes

I don't really know a lot about psychic abilities. I stumbled upon this site while goggling "How do I visualize my spirit guides" I was so excited when I started reading everyone's comments, Steve & Erin's blogs, listening to pod-casts & u tube videos. I have been trying to learn how to meditate with not much luck. I have actually been communicating with my spirit guides for about a yr now, through feelings I get. Though I didn't really understand what was happening.
I have been taught how to clear negative/demonic energies/entities from people {again not really fully understanding what I was doing} just knew it was helping people feel better.
Everything I have been reading suddenly started to make sense. Was really exciting & lol a little frightening, but it awakened something in me and I just felt like it was something I had to learn more about.

The first night I was reading about lucid dreaming and how to connect with your spirit guides. I went to bed asked to connect with my higher self and or spirit guides in my dreams. I also asked for a message in my dreams, if they had one for me. I had the weirdest experience! I don't know whether it was anything or not..... My husband thinks it was a dream {normal kind} It freaked me out, {it wasn't scary just different} but also excited me beyond belief.
It certainly didn't feel like any dream I had ever experienced. When I realized I wasn't dreaming, I woke up heart was racing etc. I tried to go back to sleep and have the same experience, but it just didn't happen.

To be honest I haven't had a dream I can remember since.

Wow didn't think I had anything to say "sorry" once I got started just couldn't stop. I look forward to getting to know everyone & learning heaps {hopefully} Bye for now
