Registered myself yesterday, I'm a student 20 years old living in the netherlands. I stumbled on personal development about 3 months ago through Herbalife (I'm a distributor) and I made it my personal goal to see how good of a person I become.
I'm planning to start a blog about poker strategy soon, so if you have questions about poker talk to me I'm fairly knowledgable about it. Anyway if anybody has some tips and idea's for such a blog please send me a message, also advice is always welcome.
If everything with that blog works out I might create another one thats a lot more personal and basically describe's my future path to happiness and success (or my path to selfdestruction who knows) which will hopefully be a good read but most of all to keep myself on track. The poker blog above is more of a test in that I know will receive decent to large traffic (I am fairly well known on a poker message board and I'm sure people are interested in reading my poker strategy blog

) but it won't contain a lot of personal info so I'm basically 'safe'. If that works out than the personal blog is going to be more confrontational for myself and will hopefully pull me out of my comfort zone and propell myself forward in my journey. Anyway you guys probably know more about PD than me, so if you have suggestions on how to set up this second blog and various tips and idea's please send me a message.
Ps. Its going to be in english so it'll probably contain a bunch of spelling/grammar mistakes but I'm affraid people would have to take that for granted.
Pss. I am researching polyphasic sleep right now and considering in the back of my mind to start it in the sense of a experiment. I read the blog's about steve's experience but after searching over the web you'll see a ton of people who failed. So IF I want to do this I'll first change my habits and get out of bed early, I used to deliver newspapers and was forced to get up at 5 AM so this shouldn't be a huge problem. I also want to change my diet somewhat so that its easier to digest, no coffee (about there) and no alcohol (bah this ones tough but doable I guess). Although steve didn't mention alcohol himself Im fairly sure it won't be a huge help. So IF I try this I want to make sure I give myself every chance to succeed, it certainly grabbed my interest but I still have some social problems before I can do this...
So if anybody has a personal experience with polyphasic sleeping, toss me a message.
