I live in a small community in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. We have high speed internet, cable tv or satellite tv, a golf course, 500 people, 5 excellent restaurants, a small library, several stores,6 churches, a hockey/ curling rink and hall, three drinking establishments, two very large music festivals, wilderness and lovely lakes all around, a fantastic paved highway into town from the nearest city (1 1/2 hrs. away), yoga classes, art classes, a shaman/healer and no doctor. I am the shaman/ healer/ psychic. People call me all the time to find things or for help with decisions. I also run a full time and extremely busy healing practise. Why I am posting this is that I wanted to tell Erin that her experience with people after she told the world that she was psychic is more typical than it should be. In this small town, it was really bad for me for a while. Lost friends, etc.
That has changed lately and it has been rather surprising how people have realized that religion actually supports psychic ability. Note how Jesus knew that Peter would deny him 3 times before the rooster crowed. Jesus was psychic! I mentioned that at the coffee shop and acceptance followed shortly thereafter.

Reason: **** is also the name of a rooster and was bleeped when it wasn't the foul [fowl??] meaning I was using. ( Pardon the pun.)
