 |  Greetings, friendly community
Dear all, I was completely charmed by the message suggesting I make my first post in this section. I have to admit, I am a serial lurker in a number of online forums and communities and feel it would be conducive to personal growth if I broke this habit and made some posts. I've followed Steve's blog and website for a few years, my interest initially coming from polyphasic sleep. I never really had much luck with it, but was inspired by two close friends who both had good experiences over several months using the pattern. I'm living in a condemned building in London, newly graduated in Physics and trying to carve a shiny path into the future. Best wishes Laurence |
