Smile Introduction

Hello My name is Rachel,

I am new to these forums, but have been reading Steve's website for just over a year now.

I have been on a journey these last few years.

I have gone from feeling incessantly worthless and useless and hating myself (to the point of hitting myself) even though on the outside I was funny, "confident" and the "Life and soul" of any party - to liking who I am and beginning to accept myself and the potential we all have.

I still have conflicts , but now see them as areas to grow (but gosh - they are difficult to go through sometimes!).

I want to say a massive thank-you to Steve for his posts. Whenever I feel those old feelings raising up, I look for an article that relates to that and it always helps me deal with it in a new way.

Anyway, looking forward to chatting and learning.

Rachel x

imagine a smart person without any conflicts...Would they still be smart? Conflicts are good, they help us grow, they help us remain open to new perspectives.

Welcome to the forums
