Smile Hello new friends! (Strangers are just friends you do not know yet.)

Yes, I just signed up for a membership at these forums, and I look forward to lots of great interaction.

I am passionate about personal development. I just want to improve myself from the inside and out a little bit every single day. And I have noticed that some people like me to share what I have learned so far. That is what I share on my web site.

I live with my wife and our two wonderful children in Sweden. I love travel and have lived in or traveled in Japan, New Zealand, the USA and many other countries too. I was born in Iran and have not lived there for 25+ years. Still, let me point out that Iranians are peace-loving people, very tired of wars and being controlled by an incompetent and fanatic dictatorship.

I believe I appreciate my freedom more than most people, simply because I have experienced the opposite of freedom too.

My days are filled with joy these days because I own my life and run it the way I choose. I focus on Qi-gong, meditation, affirmations and daily exercise in fresh air (plenty of fresh air in Sweden!! Through my web site, my passion has turned into a business too. Ainīt that great?

I look forward to taking part in discussion here at the forums.

God bless,

Kourosh

Default Welcome

Hey I am pretty new here too, I always wanted to go to two of the places you lived in, New Zealand and Sweden... I am just trying to make a change in my life, I have just gotten tired of how things have been going and decided to just make a change. Any suggestions I am always open...

Smile For things to change, you have to change.

Yes, both Sweden and New Zealand are fantastic countries! I love being able to spend time outdoors regardless of weather or where I am. Japan too, offers great hiking, beautiful scenery and superb food!

Where do you live? I have travelled in the US too. Both cities like LA and Las Vegas as well as gone hiking in Grand Canyon and Sequia National Park, which were unbeatable experiences!

I guess every place has its own pros and cons. Nowadays, I try to "dig where I am", especially in my own head!! All this stuff like change, goals and personal freedom are topics I write about on my site. Making and embracing changes in life is a favorite topic of mine.

One of my favorite quotes is:

"For things to change, YOU have to change." I guess that is true, because everything starts with your own thoughts. You CAN change your thoughts, not other people. Like it or leave it.

Friendly regards,

Kourosh
