becoming enlightened

Hi there! So glad I can finally post! I can't for the life of me, recall how I "stumbled" across Steve's website. I've tried to remember, but simply, am unable. I will say, that I read his 30 day raw food blog (and a few of the extra links) all in one sitting! I was so engrossed and inspired, and... awakened! For some unknown and higher-than-me-reason, I became vegan right afterward (only, wow, a whole week, already!). I've been eating mostly fresh fruit and raw veggies since then, and even kicked a caffeine habit, too! Yay Me!

My interests...hmmm - at this time, I can only say that I LOVE learning and enjoy keeping an open (luckily intuitive) mind. For the bigger part, I love this journey I'm on here. It just keeps getting better and better...

Hahahaha - at the "how your parents messed you up" part! I'm done with blaming my parents for anything. As a matter of fact, I'm more grateful that I had the unique upbringing that I did, cause....HERE I AM!

I'm loving this forum, I'm excited to be here, and although this is new to me (forums), I look forward becoming an active participant!

Thanks for sharing your journey. Steve was also a big reason I decided to try vegan for 30 days (and I've been vegan for over a year now).
