I follow Steve's blog for about half a year now. And I have to say: these are by far the 6 best months of my life:
In November 2008, I felt like giving up coffee would reduce my stress and improve my working life. As like 99% of internet users I just googled: 'giving up coffee'. And Steve Pavlina happens to be top of the result list
I found this article so interesting that I searched to the rest of the site. And then I discovered "How to Become an Early Riser". And that article alone was the starting point, the kickstart, for everything that followed:
Only 2 days after reading this article, I was able to get myself out of bed at 5am. (which wasn't really easy, I've to tell you). I was hard in the beginning. But I developped it to become a habit.
I started to work out, to run (steve's podcasts are an amazing motivator). First I never ate vegtables. Now I make some portion of raw stuff to eat at lunch during my working day.... And I can continue about some other things
Becoming part of this forum is 'another step' for me. I read in this forum a lot, so I have the feeling it's good to be part of it
