I have been doing guided sleep NLP meditations and have been blown away by the positive re-programming I am able to achieve while I'm sleeping. Last night I found myself having some strange dreams The positivity has been overflowing during the waking hours and I am completely amazed when I realize the capacity of the human mind for learning! It certainly is a good use of my time to teach myself new things whilst asleep. Looking forward to the connection we will make here. Love your username by the way!
