Hello hello! I am somewhat new, and looking for lovely conversation with insightful people. But I'm wondering if I can track my posts somehow? I noticed an option to subscribe to a thread. Is that the only way?

You can also click on your own profile name in a topic you posted in. One of the options is 'find all posts by <profile name>'. Works also for other people.
