Hi from London!

Hi all!

I'm a 23 year old half African, half Scandinavian female now living in London, and have just joined the site after lurking for a week or so...

I've had an interest in personal and spiritual development for long, mostly because of anxiety and depression issues that I've had since young, which although mild, have still been annoying enough!

I'm very interested in energy psychology, specifically EFT, which has eliminated a lot of my anxiety, but it's still work in progress. Apart from that, I have some interest in the Law of Attraction and the idea that we create our own reality, although I'm still getting my head around this one. I'm very interested in spirituality, and my own is a bit of a mish-mash of ideas... mostly New-Age style (I hate that word, it sounds too fluffy, but those beliefs are what I most resonate with).
