Hello from Indiana

Hello Everyone,

My name is Brian and I live in Indiana. I've put my mind, body, and soul through quite a bit over the years with drugs, alcohol, and food. I've only recently actually been able to sustain from certain things for considerable amounts of time.

What specifically led me to this forum was from searching for information on fasting. I know of a few who have and I have for only a couple days at a time only a couple times though. This site seems to be a bit more than just physical health so I am happy to be here. I hope to gain lots of insight, advice, and information from people here and certainly intend to contribute something beneficail to others as well.
