Hi every one my name is Robert this is my first post and computer.My daughter and son pushed me into the 21st century OH MY! Have many things to talk about just a little shy and unsure of myself. I am 46 was a heavy smoker and pill user it has been 1 year since i quit.I have a blog on bodybuilding.com " Rooster12" sorry my back is to you but when it comes to vain i am no hunk.I think this health thing is going to kill me. wouldn't that be a pip.LOL. Hey Rooster12  I've decided to reply to your first post. I saw it yesterday, but have no time to reply. Welcome on board! Feel free to share your thoughts. Because you're 46 old, you have lots of experience and stories to tell us . Here are people of different ages.It's good that the SP Forums is the place that you visit on the beginning of your adventure with 21st century technology:-).
