Hi, well I am glad I found this forum. And I think it's wonderful that there are so many young people! I usually don't put my age, but did today, maybe it will disappear at some point. It is just the number of years I've been around...and knowing I am old enough to be the grandparents' generation is just one of those things. I loved life as I grew up...(though I was miserable too!) and that's pretty much the same now. It's still a fascinating journey, though quieter on the outside. I'm looking forward to reading Marie de Hennezel's book about getting older with awareness...

I am 38 y.o. I very sorry I not found Steve's blog early. But now I try to practice Stive's advises and I notice my age (my internal age) not grows. I feel myself more and more young! |

Hi everyone, I am 36 and as a new member, I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and say hello. I'm glad to have found a forum for fellow anxiety sufferers. I am a PhD student, I'm Irish and I've had a generalised anxiety disorder for most of my life - I just didn't realise until my gp recommended some websites like moodgym and mood juice. It's like being let out of prison, to know that it is a condition and not just me and my crazy brain! Anyway, nice to meet you all and I'm looking forward to chatting with you.

I am 20 years old and for a while now have become sort of an advocate for optimum living and cognitive development. Looks like a great site for such an interest! Gonna love to read other people's personal testimonies about their experiences with optimal living habits

I'm part of the majority age-group at 22! How curious that for a smart-people forum the overwhelming vast majority of folks are between 18 and 35! My own prejudices no doubt, as I've always looked up to older people.... |
