I'm 22, and I'm quite surprised that my age group is the most common. I don't know whether that speaks for the personal development movement or the age of most internet users though.

Hah just found this bit of the forum. I'm 49 but apparently look a lot younger  Most people guess me early-mid 30s.Quit the rat race a couple of years ago with BP of 168/120 and a dicky heartbeat. Moved to Egypt and within 2 months BP was 120/80 and no dicky heart beats for the past 12 months - with no dieting, no exercising and no medication |

I will be sixty three on the second day of September of this year. Most of the time I feel as if I am still in my early twenties as my enthusiasm level is high and I have a lively interest in life and most people around me. Occasionally I look in the mirror and am surprised to see that my reflection shows my face to be more like my grandfathers face than how I feel internally. I do have more maturity and impulse control than when I was actually twenty and I am certain I have more skills and wisdom about myself, others and life. I am actively living life. Life is good. 36 here. I'm impressed with the amount of teenagers and twentysomethings here. People don't believe me when I tell them the "Generation Y's" will make great leaders for our collective future. You guys are proof. Kudos for the hard work you're putting into yourselves and the Planet. I wish I'd started earlier.

I keep getting the message about lurking in the shadows, so I guess I better show myself. I've always liked the shadows...but I read a poster or bumper sticker or something that said "you can't audit life" and it hit me hard! So with 50 looming on the horizon, I'm trying to make myself seen and heard and my children are appalled by my behavior! Haha -
