hi everyone the thingie on top of the forums is warning me I'm supposed to introduce myself to you all or I won't grow *looks at the thingie*. thingie doesn't realise this particular forum seems to have so many topics already open that I practically feel like spamming by opening this. but *sigh* you know them thingies. they don't listen to reason. anyways, I suppose I should stop rambling about the thingie and tell you a bit about myself. I came to these forums after a long looong time of reading steve's articles. it started off as me researching time management and stumbling upon steve's "do it now" article. when I read how he graduated from college in such a short time, it was a done deal. steve got bookmarked. I figured if he can do that, then this geek can certainly learn from him. what I got pleasantly surprised by was how many other areas he covered in a useful manner. no offense, it's just that usually if a guy is an expert in time management, he won't be a useful resource for deepening one's spirituality (or some other random topic). so I've been reading steve's stuff for a long time, then after a while I read up a bit on erin's stuff, and then finally I decided that it might be interesting to also check out these forums. and today I finally decided I may as well join cause I'm obviously hanging around and because it started to feel a bit unfair just lurking. there you go thingie. I broke the ice. |
