Judging by the introductions so far, it appears that we have a pretty young crowd here. Most in their 20's? Me thinks I'm probably the oldest one here at 45. (But I'm young at heart...and my kid's friends have always said I'm "the cool mom" How old is everyone else? |

Haha I can already tell my boards are going to have some deep conversations .::read-sarcasm:: You're right about the age being around twenty so far. I'm 19 and I've seen a lot of people are the same range-ish. |

I'd expect most of the audience will be in their 20s and 30s, with more 20s than 30s; most mods fall into that range too. That age range has been typical of the blog audience, although there are plenty of senior readers too. I think the younger crowd is the age group that's most interested in reading blogs. It's also an age range where people begin getting interested in personal development. I'm 35, which is actually pretty young to working in this field. Most of the popular writers and speakers in the field are in their 50s and beyond. |

As odd as this sounds, since I'm usually not considered 'normal,' it looks like I'm the stereotypical member here, being 26 years old. Of course, this is one group that I'm proud to be a 'normal' member of... |

Same here! I am 28, and most of my time is spent on the military wives forum I run. Most military wives that come to message boards looking for information and support are pretty young. So, I am used to being older than most members, although I don't *feel* older. |

Wow! When I started using computers back when BBSes ruled the world (or, at least, Phoenix) I was something like 15 and always the youngest online. Now I feel like an old-timer at 30! I'm going to have to go think about that... Eric |

Imagine the experience that you have with computers. You are one of the very few people in the world who can say something like "I have been involved with computers for 50% of my life".

I was merely trying to put a positive spin. I think it is amazing to be older physically, mentally and spiritually. Socially, we are told to be too hard on ourselves about our age. It isn't something to be shy about!

I'm 35, I'll be 36 early next year. We have a great group of people in the forums so far, I look forward to discovering more about your lives, goals and dreams in the coming days/weeks/months and years... Matt |
