Default Forum technical question

Is there a way I can get a quick list of all threads I've posted in, which have at least one new message since I last read them?

Yup. On top of the forum, go to UserCP. There is a list of all threads that has new messages since you last read - under "New Subscribed Threads". Whenever you post in a thread, you are automatically "subscribed" to that thread and it'll show up under the UserCP menu whenever there is a message you haven't read.

You can also subscribe to threads without having to post in it by clicking on that option at the top of the thread under thread tools.
