| Thought after reading Steve and bits of the forums for probably over a year now, time to come out of the shadows. I have spent the last 15 years getting my hands around some chronic physical ailments. Many physicians and medications later, I have come to realize mastery of the mind is more the direction I need to be, and the physical will follow. The last few years has been an awakening for me, and I have loved every minute of it. I can honestly say that at this point in my life, I am grateful for my medical problems, as I would have never jumped down the rabbit hole I am currently exploring. While Steve was an indirect part of my healing process, being able to relate to so many of his ideas and concepts opened my mind to looking at life differently. Stumbling over to Erin's blog only added to that awakening. So thought it was time to drop out of lurkdom, continue my learning process, and toss a quick thanks to the Pavlina's and the inspiration they have been to me. As a side note, I am currently making plans to attend the I Can Do It Conference in Tampa this October, hoping to meet up with other folks while there. This will be a totally new adventure for me, but for the first time, I am thoroughly excited to step outside of my comfort zone! Howdy to all!! -Erin Castle Rock, CO |

In just 20 minutes she helped me sort through 4 major areas of my life that I've been struggling with in therapy for more than 8 years! I was stunned.
