| I am researching but still am concerned that eating an all raw diet will be limiting for myself. I have asked others that had success or in the process on these forums, but so far no feedback. I start my detox in 6 days and all I really have is lots of fruits and some veggies. I know there has to be more to eat and ways to prepare than that. Any suggestions or advice? Help... | Might want to ask around in the health / fitness forum what staples they eat. I am vegan now, but not raw. I do know a couple good green smoothie recipes though, if you are interested! |

| I'm super lazy when it comes to preparation and cleanup, so eating raw vegan is super easy for me. Hungry? Eat some fruits & vegetables & nuts, raw. Not hungry? Don't eat. Honestly, that's how I eat now :P |

| Try this one: Use watermelon as a base, blend it first. The blender should be about half filled. Add about 8-12oz of strawberries, four Tbsp raw agave, 1-2 bananas, and a tray of ice. (hopefully that all fits Blend and you have a delicious strawberry / watermelon smoothie -- very healthy. This will make enough for two, cut these numbers in half if it's just for you. |
